All student absences must be explained by email, a note or telephone call from the parents/caregivers. Notes are kept as a permanent record and should always be in the parents/caregivers handwriting. Emails and letters should clearly state the students name, class, date and reason for absence and come from the parent/caregivers email account. Notes are to be presented on the day of return to the class teacher. Emails can be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are anticipating that your child may be absent for more than 10 days, you must make an appointment to discuss this with the principal.
